As much as we've grown to love city living, some things we miss are having a yard and garden. In late May our friend Sharon gave us small tomato & cucumber plants that we've been growing on our window sill. We've never grown tomatoes or cucumbers before, and especially not in our window, so it's been fun to watch them grow & produce. It's been a fun lesson for Ieva to learn about where veggies come from, too!
