Isak Andrius Stave arrived!

Isak entered the world on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 2:20pm weighing 7.8 lbs (3.6 kl) & 21.25 inches long (54 cm).

We're also thrilled to report that Ieva's tonsillectomy & adenoid removal on Monday, June 1st went VERY well & she's recovered amazingly fast! By Isak's birthday you'd never know that she had just had major surgery 2 days earlier!
The morning of Ieva's surgery - she was in a great mood & playing with ants!

Ieva recovering after her surgery - watching a movie was a good distraction from feeling miserable!

We're still in the hospital (they keep you at least 4 days after a c-section) and all are getting anxious to get back to the home we're staying at in Vilnius where there will be much more space than we have in our tiny (albeit very nice!) hospital room!
Ieva passing the time in the hospital by swinging from the traction bar above Andrew's bed!

Kim's recovery is slow (I had forgotten that c-section recovories aren't easy), but Isak is doing very well & seems to be a generally peaceful & content little guy!

Thanks for all of you prayers for our family during such a full week!
